All merchandise must be inspected upon pickup or delivery.
Any item found damaged beyond what was described in the listing must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

• If your item is received damaged, you may return it for a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges, or request an exchange at no additional cost.

Restocking Fee:

• If a returned item has no defects or issues and is returned simply because the buyer changed their mind, a restocking fee will apply:

  • 10% if the item is returned in the same condition as received.

  • 15% if the item shows signs of use.

• At IT-Recyclers, all items are available for Local Pickup Only at our facility.
  We do not provide shipping services, but if you choose to arrange your own freight carrier, we will palletize and wrap the item at no additional charge.

  Pickup and Freight Instructions:

• After purchase, buyers must contact us to schedule a pickup time.

• If you are arranging a freight pickup, you must provide your own carrier and all shipping documents.

• We will provide pallet dimensions and weight once the item is ready for pickup.

• A printed invoice is required for all releases. We cannot release any items without it.

• Business Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM
   

  Important Notes:

• All freight pickups must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges, freight insurance (if desired), and coordinating the pickup with their carrier.

• Once the item leaves our facility, IT-Recyclers is not responsible for any damages or losses during transit.

• We can assist with loading pallets onto trucks that have liftgates or appropriate loading equipment.

• Items not picked up within the specified time frame may be subject to cancellation, storage fees, or forfeiture without refund.

• We do not ship to APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, or internationally.

• Contact us with any questions prior to purchase if you are planning a freight pickup.
